1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to Snowhut Studio’s websites, applications, and related services that link to them (the “Services”). “Snowhut Studio”, “we”, and “us” refer to the provider of those Services. By using a Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. App-specific terms or a separate written agreement may add to these terms; they take priority for the subject they specifically cover.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you use a Service for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.

3. Using our services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose while you comply with these terms. Do not use them unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, upload malicious material, interfere with security or availability, access accounts or data without permission, or bypass usage limits. Reverse engineering is restricted except where applicable law permits it.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, import, or create. You must have permission to use it, including any personal information belonging to others. You allow us and our service providers to process, store, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the features you use, maintain the Services, and meet legal obligations, as explained in our Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content. Keep independent copies of important information.

5. Automated and AI features

Some applications provide automated processing, AI-generated results, calculations, or recommendations. Results can be incomplete or incorrect. Review and verify them before relying on them or exporting them. The Services do not provide professional legal, medical, financial, or accounting advice unless a separate agreement expressly states otherwise.

6. Third-party services

You may choose to connect an external account, export information, or use a third-party integration. You are responsible for selecting the destination, granting appropriate access, and checking the information you send. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability, limits, or changes may affect an integration; we do not control those services.

7. Paid features and subscriptions

Where a Service offers paid features, the price, billing interval, included features, and any trial conditions are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew only as disclosed at checkout and authorised by you. Manage or cancel a subscription through the platform where you purchased it. Cancellation, refunds, and billing disputes are subject to that platform’s rules and applicable consumer law. Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily delete your account or content.

8. Our intellectual property

The Services, their software, design, and branding belong to Snowhut Studio or its licensors, except for your content and third-party materials. These terms grant permission to use the Services, not ownership of them. Do not remove proprietary notices or use our branding in a way that implies an endorsement without permission.

9. Availability and changes

We may update features, apply usage limits, or carry out maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged. Where practicable, we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect an active paid service. Your statutory rights and any specific commitments made at purchase remain unaffected.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion where applicable. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us about retrieving your content; retain your own backups. Provisions that by their nature continue after termination remain applicable.

11. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without additional warranties beyond those required by law or expressly agreed. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from misuse of the Services or failure to verify automated results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes, rights, and contact

We may revise these terms and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the relevant Service or another appropriate channel before they take effect where required. Updated terms apply prospectively. Applicable law determines your mandatory rights and available remedies; these terms do not require you to waive them. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Questions or concerns: our contact form.
