From a question to a working product

Test the idea.
Build the essentials.

A development team for the first stage of your SaaS, mobile, or custom application. We help you test technical feasibility, choose a focused scope, and build a first release that real users can try.

The scope

Start with the right next step.

Proof of concept

Can the core approach work?

A POC explores a specific technical question before you commit to a full implementation. We focus on the uncertain part: a key integration, an AI workflow, a data-processing task, or a critical application interaction.

The result: a focused prototype, a review of what worked, and recommendations for the next stage.

Minimum viable product

Can users complete the core task?

An MVP turns the essential user journey into a usable first release. We help select the features that matter, implement the application and its backend, and prepare a way to gather feedback from early users.

The result: working software with a clear scope, documented setup, and a practical list of what to improve next.

SaaS · mobile · custom software

What we can build with you.

SaaS & custom applications

User journeys, application interfaces, backend services, and the integrations your core workflow depends on.

Mobile applications

A focused mobile experience with the screens, device capabilities, and backend connections required for your first release.

Cloud foundations

An AWS or GCP setup suited to the project, with deployment and configuration considered as part of the implementation.

Working together

A clear plan.
Working software.

We can join your existing team or take on the development work. The scope, deliverables, and responsibilities are agreed before implementation.

  1. 01

    Understand the goal

We discuss the audience, core workflow, constraints, and questions the project needs to answer.

  2. 02

    Agree on scope

We define the deliverables and acceptance criteria, identify dependencies, and decide what belongs in the first version.

  3. 03

    Build and review

We implement in manageable stages, show progress, and use your feedback to refine the application.

  4. 04

    Hand over the next step

We review the agreed outcomes, document the setup, and plan the work needed for launch or further validation.

Questions & answers

Your product.
Our development team.

You own the product. We develop it, help it run in the cloud, and maintain it with you.

Who owns the product and intellectual property?

You own your product, your data, and the custom deliverables we create for your project. Snowhut Studio is your development and operations team: we build the application, help it run in the cloud, and maintain it under the scope we agree with you. Ownership and handover are documented in our project agreement. Third-party software and any pre-existing tools retain their own licences.

How will we work together?

We start with your goals, review the current product or idea, and agree on scope, deliverables, responsibilities, and an estimate. We build in manageable stages and review progress with you. Changes to scope are discussed and agreed before additional work begins. You make the product decisions; we handle the agreed implementation.

Will I receive the source code and documentation?

The custom project source code and agreed handover materials are part of the delivery. We document how to configure, deploy, and maintain the application, and agree on repository access and handover during project setup.

Who controls the cloud accounts and infrastructure?

We can build and operate the application in cloud accounts you control. Account ownership, access, billing, and operational responsibilities are agreed at the start. We use the access needed for the work; you retain control of your product and its infrastructure.

Can you maintain the application after delivery?

Yes. We can continue as the team that develops features, keeps the application running in the cloud, and handles agreed maintenance. Support coverage, response times, monitoring, and costs are defined for your engagement.

Can we work with another development team later?

Yes. You can continue development with your own team or another provider. The agreed code, documentation, and access handover support that transition. We can help with the handover as part of an agreed scope.

Do we need a POC before an MVP?

Only when there is an important uncertainty to resolve. If the technical approach is clear, we can begin with the MVP scope.

How do you estimate the work?

We review requirements, existing assets, and dependencies before agreeing on the scope and estimate. The first release focuses on the essential user journey.
